I have only three things on this page. I have it Remember repeat customers, then I typed in a Shipping Message. The Shipping Message shows up on the very first cart page when you click to Check Out.Then:

Create a page thanking customers for their purchase. Then add the URL for that page in the field labeled "Your website's address (without http://)." Add the title of your site then click on the HTML button. Then:
SALES TAX

This is fairly self explainatory, but my settings have me collecting sales tax from Texas orders at 8.25%. The only other item is at the very bottom of the page I checked "sales tax should be added to my prices" Then:
Submit Changes
As Usual, don't forget to scroll to the bottom of each page and click on the Submit Changes button.
