I have the No Discounts button checked. If you want to offer volume discounts, this is where you would do that. Then:

I have the ability to offer free shipping with the page set up like pictured. I have an alias, which is blacked out. Give your voucher an alias like "FREESHIP." Customers can enter the voucher alias in the cart to get free shipping. Then:
ORDER NOTIFICATIONS

This is where you set up an email to you, notifying you of a purchase. I get one from Mal and one from PayPal. Then:

Customers expect a return email letting them know that the order has been placed. Here is how I have mine set up. Then:
