Mal's has an online button maker, and you can download a free button making tool, called mButton at:

Go get the button tool.

Lets start with an add to cart button I made earlier and uploaded to my server. I made the button at:

Here is what my button looks like:

Lets go through the syntax a bit at a time.
It starts with the server Mal's eCommerce stated was the proper server, followed by a ? then userid=C1245502:

Then it has another & followed with the Product information, separated with + signs. There is another & and the price without the $.There are no spaces.

The next section deals with the return address once the item is added to the cart. This is the address where the button was located, so the customer goes right back to where they were. The units is a reference to weight.

The last bit to this Add to Cart Button attaches the code to a button located on your server. I made my buttons, uploaded them and they were ready to go. Feel free to right click on my buttons and save them to your computer:

The coding for the Preview cart button is familiar and fairly simple.

Here is what my Check Out button looks like:

Try them out, just be sure to change the quantity to 0 and recalculate to clear the cart.
